The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) helps Singapore companies grow and transform. This grant supports projects that help you upgrade your business, innovate or venture overseas, under three pillars:

Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals
Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs) are conversion programmes targeted at mid-career individuals here in Singapore, to undergo skills conversion and switch to new jobs or sectors that have good prospects and opportunities for progression. Benefits Include:
- Industry-recognised training to move into new occupations or sectors with good prospects
- Salary support of up to 90% for mid-career workers
- Embark on a new career with close to 100 CCPs across around 30 sectors
Jobs Development Partner Programme (JDPP)
JDPP is a government initiative through MTI and ESG, launched in April 2022 to help SMEs move into industry transformation and push job redesign and recreation. The JDPP is a complimentary holistic advisory service provided by an Industry Transformation Advisor (ITA). This program will help your company build a strong and resilient local talent base in the new norm through acceleration in the industry acceleration, leveraging on job creation and redesign.
